The remake of Silent Hill 2, which the Bloober Team is working on, is technically ready, but the decision on the release date remains with the partners, said company president Petr Babieno in a new interview.
“Technically Silent Hill 2 is ready. It doesn’t mean the game is over, but we are close. However, the issue of the release schedule lies with our partners, how the promotion will look like and when the title debuts, does not directly depend on us,” Babieno said.
The company is currently working on two major projects – Silent Hill 2 with Konami and Project C – a game on its own IP in collaboration with Private Division (Take-Two Interactive). In addition to the two main games, Bloober also collaborates with, for example, Anshar Studios on Layers of Fear, Draw Distance on Project M, and Rouge Games on Project F.
