The mod allows the use of DLAA and brings with it an ultra preset for DLSS. However, it should only be used in offline mode.
Rockstar Games’ western adventure Red Dead Redemption 2 is now more than four years old, but still demands the hardware of many PC gamers. After all, AMD’s FSR and Nvidia’s DLSS ensure a certain amount of additional frames per second without major losses in quality. However, the latter lacks an ultra-quality preset, while the newer DLAA was not submitted later by Rockstar Games as a newer technology.

The mod “DLSSTweaks” by the modder “stoker25” is intended to remedy this and bring both options into play. However, it is only recommended to use it in the offline mode of Red Dead Redemption 2 (buy now €24.99). The background is a similar implementation as with common cheats, so that the anti-cheat solutions can falsely strike and cause a ban. If you also use ScriptHook, you have to use an alternative method of mod installation due to incompatibilities.
A detailed description of how to install and activate the mod can be found on the mod page on nexusmods.com. This is also used to download the standard version and the alternative for ScriptHook users. However, DLSSTweaks does not only see itself as a modification for Red Dead Redemption 2. Solutions are also offered for other games. Again, the waiver of online modes applies here. A list of supported titles can be found in the wiki of the associated Github project.
