The creators of Miasma Chronicles have released a cinematic trailer focused mainly on the story, which introduced the characters and events behind the adventure.
This is a new game from the authors of Mutant Year Zero: Road to Eden, so it’s definitely worth keeping an eye on given the quality of the previous game.
The game is a strategy game set in the near future where the world is threatened by a force of nature known as Miasma. The developers also wanted to pay homage to some of the classic PlayStation RPGs, from Xenogears to Final Fantasy, by offering a rather challenging tactical experience.
The plot of Miasma Chronicles revolves around two brothers, Elvis and Diggs, who decide to travel across America to find their mother, preparing to face the most diverse traps and the most dangerous opponents in exciting turn-based combat with two approaches possible.
