Former subscribers to the Salto service are still lucky: Molotov offers them 12 months of the Welcome service for a few more days.
Salto bows out today after more than two and a half years of existence. It must be said that the French VOD service launched jointly by TF1 and M6 will never have been able to convince an audience watered by American platforms such as Netflix, Prime video or Disney +, tough competition therefore, a lackluster catalog and above all a timing complicated launch will have got the better of him. However, if you were a Salto subscriber, all may not be lost, in particular thanks to the Molotov platform which currently offers former subscribers access to the Molotov Welcome offer for one year.
What former Salto subscribers are entitled to with Molotov
More than 80 channels (TNT included) Recording and replay 4 screens in Full HD
Until April 2, the Molotov Welcome subscription is offered for one year to former Salto subscribers and is non-binding. After one year, the subscription automatically switches to Molotov Extra at 5.99 euros per month, but you can change the offer at any time. Please note, however, that to benefit from Molotov Welcome, you must have been a Salto subscriber in February and/or March 2023 and not have been a Molotov subscriber in the last 12 months.
Molotov is TNT and much more
If you were used to watching TV on your PC or your mobile devices thanks to your Salto subscription, you should not be out of place with Molotov. Indeed, the service offers access to free DTT channels for free and anywhere. In total, it’s no less than 80 channels accessible for free (with the Welcome subscription) as well as replays for those who offer them. You will therefore have the right without restrictions to channels such as TF1, TMC, TFX, LCI and TF1 Séries Films, as well as all the other DTT channels, such as France 2, France 3, M6, Arte, NRJ12, W9, Gulli, 6ter and many others. Other channels complement the subscription, some of which are only found in certain paid subscriptions such as RTL9 at Comedy Central.
