A leak now shows two new pictures of “Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora”. On one of the pictures you can see that the title probably plays in the first-person perspective.
Two new screenshots of Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, which is currently in development at Ubisoft Massive, have surfaced on social media. The images are from the leaker ScriptLeaksR6.
Two different scenes can be seen in the pictures. First, a Na’vi is shown riding a flying animal. Some other creatures can be seen in the background. The other image shows a Na’vi from a first person view pointing a weapon at a soldier who is in a mecha suit.
Avatar game will play in first person view
From the material he has, the leaker concludes that Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora will likely be playable entirely in first-person. Many users are therefore reminded of the images of the “Far Cry” series, for which Ubisoft is also distinguished.
The first-person perspective would increase the level of immersion as we would see more of our surroundings and therefore of the beautiful planet Pandora. However, many players get motion sickness from the first-person perspective. In addition, there is no way to look at the character outside of cutscenes in peace.

The screenshots aren’t the best quality since it’s not an official reveal. The leaker has already indicated that he will soon be releasing gameplay material. So we should keep our eyes and ears open in the coming days.
More updates on Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora:
As always, we should treat such leaks with caution. It’s unclear where the images came from and if they really are footage from Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. It is also possible that the images are real but outdated and no longer reflect the current status of the game.
Last week, the leaker shared information that pre-orders for the game are set to begin soon. Again, we’ll have to wait and see if this is the truth.
