Deep Silver & Volition announce content roadmap for 2023. Here you will find information about future expansions, free DLCs and important updates.
Deep Silver and Volition today announce that Santo Ileso will be even bigger in the coming months with three major releases for Expansion Pass owners, two free new districts, three more quality of life updates, and a Dead Island 2-inspired cosmetic pack for all players and will get better.
It starts with the free Dead Island 2-Pack on April 11th. HELL-A meets the Wild West in this free content inspired by Deep Silver’s upcoming zombie slay ’em up.
Players can outfit their boss with items from the ruthless anti-hero Jacob or the quick-witted athlete Amy. They can also shock and awe with a new weapon, strut with a new emote, and evoke snappy beach memories with an iconic pink flamingo hat and Carver Shark statue for their headquarters.
This is followed in May by the game’s biggest free update: Sunshine Springs, a brand new district being added to Santo Ileso, along with a host of quality of life changes (like overhauled combat, selfie mode and more) and improvements.
On the same day, Expansion Pass owners will receive The Heist & The Hazardous, three new story missions set in Sunshine Springs, where the Saints set off on an ambitious heist to get revenge for being betrayed by a famous actor.
The second piece of content in the Expansion Pass is coming in July: Doc Ketchum’s Murder Circus, a new solo game mode that the team at Volition is – for now – leaving to the imagination of the player. Also, there will be another free quality of life upgrade and new features will be added.
Finally, in August, the third, final, and largest pack for the Expansion Pass will be released. Saints Row players should keep an eye on the Deep Silver & Volition social channels for more updates as we get closer to release. August will also see a second new zone expansion and quality of life update that will be free for all players.
