Fortnite today received thev24.10 update which among other things introduced the limited-time event Spring Follies 2023which will be available until 06:00 Italian on April 11th.
Spring Follies brings with it a number of quests, with the first being available from 3:00 pm today, March 29, 2023, with new ones being added every day at the same time thereafter. By completing them you will receive XP and some special rewardsin particular:
Day 1 Quest Reward: Flower Backpack Back Bling Day 7 Quest Reward: Egg Opener Spray Day 9 Quest Reward: Brat World Loading Screen Day 12 Quest Reward: Spring Follies Banner Icon
In addition, by completing 12 tasks in total you will receive the “Flower Mace” pickaxe and and by completing 22 of them the “New Wings of Spring” hang glider.

For the duration of Spring Follies you will encounter two new types of chickens and three new types of eggs on the island. The green ones restore health points and shields over time, the blue ones offer health and a reduced gravity effect, the golden ones generate ingots. Staying on the subject, the new weapon is also available Egg Launcherfound on the ground, in chests, in Supply Drops, or purchasable from certain characters.
They have also been added 4 new optimizers:
Grinding Warrior – Allows you to recover partial health and shields while sliding on a grinding bar or using a zipline, except inside the Tempest. Go For Broke – Grants a Charge Shotgun and a Flintlock Pistol. Aquatic Warrior – Allows you to move faster and recover partial health and shields when swimming, except within the Tempest. Let’s Play – Bestows Pizza Party and some Curabbombe!
With the v24.10 update of Fortnite, you will find on the island eight specialist characters belonging to four different categories:
Scout Specialist: Scouts can eliminate enemies from a distance with their sniper rifle and mark nearby enemies and chests. Heavy Specialist: Thanks to their explosive inventory, Heavy Specialists know how to put on a good show. They are also capable of withstanding greater damage. Stock Specialist: Stock Specialists drop ammo and materials for you to harvest (Note: Stock Specialists do not drop materials in No Building Mode). Medic Specialist: Hired medics can heal you with Curabbombe, restoring health and shields.
Gods have also been added new super level styles the skins of Season 2 Chapter 4. By exceeding level 125 of the Battle Pass you will receive the Kinetic Fury, Neon Acid and Mega Vibes styles for the Thunder, Imani, Renzo the Destroyer, Mizuki and Cordatesa costumes.
