In the upcoming stealth strategy game Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew, players will lead a pirate crew with supernatural powers through an alternate historical setting of the Golden Age of Piracy.
In a new interview with GamingBolt, Head of Design Moritz Wagner from Mimimi Games reveals some new details about the pirate adventure. Including the approximate playing time, which he places at least 25-30 hours of play:
“It’s hard to say because in our type of game it very often depends on the experience that players have with the genre. I would say the playtime for an experienced player playing at normal speed is around 25-30 hours. But there’s a lot to do after beating the game once in the form of badges and other stuff. So it can go way beyond that if players want to invest more time.”
Shadow Gambit: The Cursed Crew will be released in 2023 for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC.
