According to the information in the unified state register, the legal entity of the developer and publisher no longer exists in Russia Electronic Arts. The company has been legally represented since 2007. The liquidation data was entered into the register on March 31. As we remember, the management of Electronic Arts announced the suspension of its activities in the Russian Federation and Belarus in March 2022. At the same time, sales of games and other products were stopped. And by November, the company completely ceased its activities in the country.
The founders of the Russian legal entity “Electronic Arts LLC” were the Dutch company Electronic Arts Nederland B. V. and German Electronic Arts GmbH. The publishing house is known worldwide for its series Dragon Age, Mass Effect, The Sims, Need for Speedand FIFA.
