A series of 3D renders of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ have recently surfaced. According to the leaked snaps, Samsung’s line of flagship tablets could get a new design of the photo module and possibly a dual selfie lens.
The Galaxy Tab S9 would be equipped with an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC The price of tablets running Android 13 is not yet known.
Renders of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9+ revealed a minor design change from the Galaxy Tab S8+ (test). Most of the changes have happened on the rear, which still houses the same dual photo module.
However, the resolution of the selfie lens is still unknown. This objective is now surrounded by a raised screen.
What’s new in the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Plus
The Led flash and the S Pen stylus have remained the same and are still located under the photo module. If you inspect the tablet closely, this last part seems a little thicker. The buttons and location of the four speakers have also been retained. The USB-C port is flanked by two grilles at the bottom.

As for the front side, there are no visible changes apart from the position of the new camera lens. This new component could be a second selfie lens and would be used during video calls in landscape mode, which is similar to the layout of Apple’s iPad 10 (test).

The Galaxy Tab S9+ is expected to get the same 12.4-inch AMOLED display. It is not yet known if there are other improvements in the pipes, such as better brightness or energy efficiency.
Likewise, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra could also retain the larger 14.6-inch AMOLED display. It is not yet known if the small Galaxy Tab S9 will finally switch from LCD to AMOLED this time around.

The whole Galaxy Tab S9 is rumored to feature an overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and Samsung is bringing water resistance to its tablets. This option was previously reserved only for its rugged Galaxy Tab Active range
Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S9 line could be announced alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5 in the coming months. The price of tablets running Android 13 is not yet known.
