Good news for strategy fans: the second expansion for Crusader Kings III has a release date and is within reach.
The monstrous medieval strategy Crusader Kings III had already received a juicy expansion last year with Royal Court, and now the next round of expansion is going on with Tours and Tournaments. The new package should be available from May 11th and further expand the game. At the same time, a new update of the game will be released, which includes, among other things, a revised and expanded activities menu.
Crusader Kings III: Tours and Tournaments brings some new mechanics to the game. The tours revolve around a new travel system that allows you to plan both short trips through your realm and long expeditions with and without entourage.
Tournaments, of course, revolve around hosting jousting tournaments to attract nobles and fighters, and of course improve your social standing. You can also equip your own knights with special ranks and rewards, which of course means different bonuses. You can also organize pompous weddings or events such as falconry hunts.
Crusader Kings III: Tours and Tournaments is available to pre-order now via Steam, Epic Games Store or Windows Store for $29.99. Expect more expansions as part of the second chapter of Crusader Kings III. Three more packs are already planned. Wards and Wardens is supposed to be dedicated to raising and educating the offspring, Legacy of Persia delivers what the name already promises and Elegance of the Empire should include a lot of new clothing and equipment, among other things.
