Chelsea legend Frank Lampard is set to take over the team temporarily until the end of the current season. This is reported by the British media.
Chelsea are already in talks with Luis Enrique and Julian Nagelsmann, but the process is dragging on. Because of this, the Blues can let Lampard see the team through to the end of the season, and decide on a permanent coach for next season by the summer.
Lampard has already managed Chelsea in 2019-2021. At the end of January, the 44-year-old specialist was fired from Everton.
