Lexus presents warranty up to 10 years or 200,000 km
Lexus, a brand known for offering comfort and quality in its luxury cars, recently introduced an innovation that has revolutionized the premium car segment in Portugal: the Lexus Relax guarantee.
This warranty is offered to both new customers and existing Lexus car owners, and is a testament to the brand’s confidence in the quality of its products. The warranty is valid for up to 10 years or 200,000 km, giving customers peace of mind year after year.
The new Lexus Relax warranty has been available since the beginning of April 2023, and was designed to cover most of the brand’s current customers. With this novelty, Lexus reinforces its position as a trusted brand, with a strong focus on customer service and after-sales service.
To take advantage of this advantage, simply activate the warranty after the three-year legal warranty that all new cars have. This can be done by having a car overhaul at a Lexus Centre. Each warranty extension is valid for 12 months or 15,000 km, depending on the maintenance schedule.
Existing Lexus owners can also take advantage of the warranty, even if they haven’t had the latest service performed at an authorized Lexus repair shop. Just visit a brand workshop and perform a review, activating the warranty. Lexus Relax can be activated until the vehicle is 10 years old or 185,000 km.
