In order to enjoy the many benefits of black seed oil, experts say it is best to take it daily for at least three to six months. If you want to benefit from it permanently, preferably for a lifetime.
Experts also recommend that black cumin oil be taken on an empty stomach, i.e. in the morning on an empty stomach. This is how it can best develop its effect. This often takes a lot of effort, especially at the beginning, due to the oily consistency and the slightly bitter and peppery taste. Alternatively, you can also take the precious oil while not sober or mix it into salads, for example.
As a recommendation for consumption, there are different indications that vary slightly. The majority of experts recommend taking a teaspoon of black cumin oil from the age of 16 and one to two tablespoons a day for those aged 16 and over who are acutely ill. It is best to swirl the precious oil slightly before taking it to distribute the sediment well.
Tip: Unfiltered black cumin oil, with its spicy-hot taste, takes some getting used to for many. If you want to get a feel for the special oil first, we recommend the filtered version (view at Amazon). This is much milder and many people find it much more pleasant.
