Nick Apostolides, who played Leon Kennedy in the Resident Evil 4 remake, accepted IGN’s invitation and appeared on video to speak a few lines from the original game, taking the opportunity to pay homage to Paul Mercier, who played Leon in his day.
Apostolides said that Mercier is one of his heroes, and perhaps it was thanks to him that he decided to build a career in this field. Needless to say, the voice actor is a big fan of the original Resident Evil 4 and Mercier’s work in particular, so much so that he knows most of the lines by heart, some of which still make him smile today.
Returning to the remake, it should be noted that in recent days, news has emerged that Resident Evil 4 has sold over four million copies in two weeks, making it one of the fastest-selling games in history: a confirmation of the excellent work done for this remake.
