Today (Wednesday 12 April), Sony will announce the new free PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games for PS4 and PS5, the appointment is scheduled for 17:30 Italian timebarring any changes and/or unforeseen events that could lead to a postponement of the announcement, even if this scenario appears decidedly unlikely.
So, in a few hours we will discover the new games in the PlayStation Plus catalog for Extra and Premium subscribers, no leaks have emerged at the moment and there are no rumors of any kind, so we must necessarily wait for Sony’s official announcement.
Some players have speculated on the addition of Horizon Forbidden West Burning Shores in the April catalog, however this possibility appears decidedly remote, since the pre-orders of the DLC have been open for some time and in this case a more transparent communication would have been necessary, so as to warn the players well in advance.
PlayStation Plus Premium and Extra games will be available to download on PS4 and PS5 from Tuesday 18 April.
