Horizon Forbidden West – Tráiler de Burning Shores
Patch 1.21. not only adds support for Burning Shores, but also new accessibility features for Horizon: Forbidden West and PS5.
What’s more, the Guerrilla guys have taken note in recent months, and that’s why it’s now available a mode for those people who are afraid of the ocean (or the deep sea).
Thalassophobia mode with the new patch
It cannot be denied that Horizon: Forbidden West is a very marine game. Although not all the action takes place at sea, the truth is that many of its settings take place next to the ocean… or even on the seabed.
It looks like The Burning Shores will be even more aquatic than the base game, judging by the latest update available on PS5. And it is that thalassophobia mode is now available.
What is thalassophobia? Its about irrational fear of the oceanbut also takes place in the deep sea. It is related to the fear of what lives at the bottom of the sea, and that the human being is unable to detect.
Thalassophobia is more common than it seems, and there are even people who can develop it in the course of their lives. Fortunately there is now a game mode intended for these people.
We do not know what it consists of Thalassophobia mode in Horizon: Forbidden Westalthough it sure is similar to the arachnophobia mode we saw in Grounded.
Outside of thalassophobia mode, patch 1.21. add the following news:
Subtitle Expansion Auto Pickup Color Blind Settings Auto Camera NavAid in Focus Mode Thalassophobia Mode Horizon Compatibility Forbidden West: Added the Burning Shores expansion.
Best network cables to improve the connection of your PS5 and Xbox
All these novelties (including the thalassophobia mode) are only available for the PS5 version, since The Burning Shores will not be released on PS4. The reason? This DLC incorporates new technical details that are not possible on the old-gen console from Sony.
Horizon: Forbidden West is available from February 2022 on PS5 and PS4. Regarding the expansion The Burning Shores, arrives tomorrow at PS Store (exclusively for PS5) at a recommended price of 19.99 euros.
