Korean developer Shift Up has revealed the contents of the celebration of the half-year anniversary of the popular mobile game Goddess of Victory: Nikke.
During the press conference for this momentous occasion, we learned about the new SSR Nikke, Dorothy, who was also featured in the trailer, which you can see below. She is voiced by Megan Shipman in English and Chiwa Saito in Japanese.
If you’re not familiar with Chiwa Saito, she has voiced Elaine Okler in The Legend of Heroes: Kuro no Kiseki, Jin in Genshin Impact, Ima in the Senran Kagura series, Patti Flair in Tales of Vesperia, and many other popular roles.
The second SSR Nikke, Rei, will also be available by simply playing the Overzone event in the game from the update, which will be released on April 27th.
Speaking of which, Overzone is a script that explores Pilgrim’s past and shows why his Nikke think the way they do.
We will also get a new Rapture, Motherwhale, two costumes (“Sweet Home” for Alice and “Toxic Rabbit” for Viper), new story chapters (21 and 22), a new White Memory mini-game.
The results of a popularity poll were released and Modernia was the winner, with Scarlet and Alice coming in second and third. You can watch a video with a detailed description of all the results below. Modernia will receive its own skin as a reward.
And the last thing: it became known that a new collaboration will appear in the second half of this year. The previous one was quite high-profile: the Chainsaw Man anime and manga.
Goddess of Victory: Nikke is currently available for PC, iOS, and Android.
