In the past week, a number of new films have made their cinema debuts, and they certainly have what it takes to in the US box office charts to play at the top. This includes the horror shocker Evil Dead Rise, which is already before the start could get a lot of praise. The action film also got off to a very successful start The Covenant starring Jake Gyllenhaal. He landed in third place on his debut and was able to oust John Wick: Chapter 4, among others.
