Studio Arkane Austin, now owned by Microsoft, has released its new project called Redfall. It’s a first-person co-op shooter that supports four-player co-op play. The game is available on PC and Xbox Series X|S for $70, but Xbox Game Pass subscribers can play for free.
Unfortunately, the new creation of Arcane disappointed everyone: both the press and the players. At the time of this writing, the game has only 28% positive feedback from Steam users. Critics, on the other hand, turned out to be a little more supportive and rated the project at an average of 62/100, according to information from the Metacritic website.
Redfall is a co-op first-person shooter developed by Arkane, the studio behind Dishonored, Prey, and Deathloop. Alone or in a group of four, you can complete missions in open locations and destroy vampires using supernatural abilities. The developers claim immersive gameplay that requires ingenuity and out-of-the-box thinking.
