Quite funny devices are used to push cars.
Fast & Furious 10 features an action scene on the highway: Dominic Toretto lands on the highway from the air and confronts numerous Dante mercenaries. In another feature filmmakers showedhow these scenes were filmed.
A significant part of the scene was filmed on location: cars really drove along the highway, helicopters really flew over them. Toretto’s car was even thrown from one part of the track to another – with the help of a special catapult.
In addition, in the video you can see how cinematic accidents and explosions are arranged. For example, cars that are about to collide are pushed with the help of special cars – they will be hidden at the post-production stage.
Another video is dedicated to Helen Mirren playing Magdalene Shaw again. One of the shooting days while working in Rome fell on the actress’s birthday (it was July 26, 2022) and the creators of “Fast and the Furious” presented Mirren with a cake.
Fast & Furious 10 will premiere on May 19, 2023.
