In these hours some rumors related to are circulating on Reddit Disney Dominationa new video game apparently arriving in 2024 and which stands as a real “Smash Bros Killer” presumably in the style of MultiVersus by Warner Bros.
A new leak image circulates on forums and social media and is apparently taken from the story mode of the “new Super Smash Bros-style Disney video game”, the name should be Disney Domination and the project it would be in development at least from spring 2018 with a budget comparable to that of an AAA video game.
The single player campaign would be structured as a 2D platformer with 55 characters and 60 levels at launchHowever, multiplayer will be the strong point of the game with support for battles for twelve players online and other modes designed for more players.
There will also be a space called “The Lounge” described as a sort of hub where players can chat, post pictures, alternative skins, custom levels and other content.
The source speaks of a next-gen graphic style “similar to what we are used to seeing with Unreal Engine 5” instead of a cartoon style typical of these productions. In the end, it seems that the game is developed with the involvement of Square Enix but there is no confirmation about it.
