If you have just started playing a The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom on Nintendo Switch and dying to get your hands on the legendary blade of the protagonist, know that there is a practical trick that allows you to recover the weapon in the blink of an eye.
Although the Master Sword it can be recovered during the adventure thanks to the information provided during the main quest, there is also a way to go straight to the goal and collect Link’s powerful weapon. Before starting to explain how to find the sword, however, it must be specified that the fundamental requirement in order to obtain the Master Sword is to have at least two indicators of vigor (two green circles, to be clear). If you are thinking of using potions or foods that temporarily increase stamina, know that the trick does not work and it is therefore necessary to start completing the Shrines and buying upgrades at the statues of the goddess Hylia until you reach the goal.
Once the second energy bearer has unlocked, the next step is to locate thehuge thunder dragon circling the kingdom of Hyrule. You will then have to teleport to various corners of the map until you find the huge creature, making sure with binoculars that it is the right one. Once you know its location, use the topographic tower closest to blow up and land on its back. Alternatively, you can build an aircraft or use Ascensus on boulders that have fallen from the sky. In short, you can pounce on the creature as you please.
Arrived on the monster, you will have to be very careful not to fall and move until you reach its head. As you can see, the sword is stuck in the dragon’s forehead and thanks to the two vigor indicators you can take it out and put it in your backpack. Know that the weapon it can’t break in any way, but after using it for a while it will enter a phase of 10 minute cooldown, after which you can go back to holding it. The Master Sword also supports fusion with Compsitor, so you can modify it with the accessories you like most among those you have recovered around the game world.
