Back in April of this year, the Chinese manufacturer Voyah opened pre-orders for the promising Passion sedan, but he did not name prices then. Now the list of prices is indicated, at the same time the start of sales was announced. By the way, in addition to the Passion, the Russian market also has a Free crossover and a Dream minivan, all from the same manufacturer.
Voyah Passion cars are directly delivered from China, no localized production is planned in Russia. The official importer of the brand is the Motorinvest company, which managed to establish the production of Chinese electric vehicles under its own brand Evolute in the Lipetsk region.
As for Voyah Passion, it is based on the ESSA (Electric Smart Secure Architecture) platform. The length of the sedan is 5088 mm, width – 1970 mm, height – 1505 mm, wheelbase – 3000 mm, trunk volume is 410 liters. Do not forget that we are dealing with a full-fledged “electric train”, so there is also an additional compartment with a volume of 53 liters in front.
In Russia, two Passion variants will be sold – EV and EV Long Range. Both variants are equipped with air suspension and two electric motors. The latter give out together 510 hp. and 730 Nm of torque. The bailiff Long Range here, as you might guess, refers to the increased power reserve. The basic version of the Passion is equipped with a battery with a capacity of 82 kWh, on a single charge you can drive 483 km on the WLTP cycle. But the Voyah Passion EV Long Range has a battery of 108.73 kWh, which gives 608 km of travel on a single charge. The base version of the EV will accelerate “from zero to hundreds” in 3.8 seconds, while the maximum speed is 210 km / h. In the second case, these figures are 4.2 seconds and 205 km / h, respectively.
As standard, the car is equipped with full LED optics, 20-inch black wheels (another color can be chosen for a surcharge), as well as retractable door handles, a panoramic roof, and a huge horizontal screen. Other Voyah Passion options include:
projection display; additional screen on the central tunnel; four-zone climate control; electric deflectors of the hidden installation; wireless charging for smartphone regular video recorder.
Both versions also received all-round cameras, adaptive cruise control, auto-brake systems, blind spot monitoring and lane keeping, a driving mode selection system, a car park and assistants in traffic jams and highway traffic. The more expensive equipment of the Long Range car is equipped with matrix headlights, special headlining and steering wheel heating.
