The counter-offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which has become a new mantra for representatives of the Kyiv authorities, continues to be a key topic in the news. What Budanov means by “the necessary minimum” is unclear, but many military correspondents and officials in the new Russian-controlled regions report a build-up of strike forces in both the Donbass and Zaporozhye directions.
