THQ Nordic and Pieces Interactive have announced the release date of Alone in the Dark, available on PS5, Xbox Series X / S and PC from October 25, 2023 at the price of 59.99 euros. A free prologue demo is now available for download on all platforms.
The demo allows you to discover the atmosphere of this reboot of the historic saga and to have a little taste of the story without plot spoilerswith the aim of introducing new players to the world of Alone in the Dark.

The developers also announced that the two protagonists Emily Harwood and Edward Carnby are played by Jodie Comer (Killing Eve, Free Guy) e David Harbour (Stranger Things, Black Widow)both actors have lent face, voice and physique to the two characters.
Alone in the Dark looks like a reboot of the series born in 1992 and which effectively kick-started the survival horror genre in the West, also influencing subsequent productions such as Resident Evil. With this reboot, THQ Nordic wants to revive the horror of Alone in the Dark by giving life to a new series.
