Announced during the IO 2023 conference, Magic Compose – an Artificial Intelligence tool – is coming to Google Messages this week.
The information was confirmed by the company, and with AI it will be possible to reply to messages or even create new texts just by giving simple commands.
According to the search giant, the feature is initially being released in the United States for selected people and Google One Premium customers.
Upon receiving the feature, the user will need to confirm that they are over 18 and grant access to their messages, something that breaks the end-to-end encryption of the Messages application.
However, this is necessary because Google automatically sends up to 20 messages to its servers. Thus, it is possible to analyze the context of the conversation so that the AI can make the best response suggestion.
For now, there is no forecast for the novelty to reach all messenger users, as well as being released here in Brazil.
