Manchester City manager Josep Guardiola, amid a racist scandal involving Real Madrid striker Vinicius Junior, has made it clear that there are problems with racism in his home country.
“La Liga should learn from the Premier League in terms of fighting racism. Everything here is very strict in terms of combating racism. The Premier League knows what needs to be done, although there are problems with racism everywhere.”
“For all generations and in all countries. We should treat all people equally humanely, but we are very far from this. I hope the situation will improve in Spain, but I am not an optimist in this regard,” Guardiola said.
