Team Ninja announced Battle of Zhongyuan as the first downloadable expansion pack for the action role-playing game Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty. According to the Japanese studio, the release will take place at the end of June.
This week, Team Ninja developers not only released the update to the Version 1.08 ready, with which the action role-playing game “Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty” received various improvements and bug fixes.
In addition, the Japanese development studio announced the first downloadable extension to be released under the name “Battle of Zhongyuan”. The crux of the matter: When it comes to specific details about the content offered, those responsible for Team Ninja are currently still holding back.
The official announcement succinctly states: “Included here are new stages, difficulty levels, weapon types, enemies and more that promise an exciting experience for Wo Long experts and beginners alike. Check back soon for more information!”
The key art is ready for viewing
Today’s announcement of the first download extension was accompanied by the official key art, which we have of course included below this message for viewing. However, the promised details on “Battle of Zhongyuan” shouldn’t be long in coming.
According to the official announcement, the first expansion is scheduled for release at the end of next month. Strictly speaking on June 29, 2023. “Battle of Zhongyuan” is just like the other two DLCs “Conqueror of Jiangdong” (September 2023) and “Upheaval in Jingxiang” (December 2023) a part of the season pass.
The Season Pass was included with the Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Special Editions and can also be purchased separately from the PlayStation Store be downloaded. The price in Germany is 24.99 euros.
