Co-op survival horror The Outlast Trials has already sold over 500,000 copies. informs Red Barrels studio. It was possible to show such a level of sales in a week: the game was released in early access on May 18th.
The developers were pleasantly surprised by the high sales of The Outlast Trials. Red Barrels did not share sales forecasts.

In The Outlast Trials, players survive in a research facility. You can play the game alone, but the developers recommend playing in co-op.
The developers hope that The Outlast Trials will leave early access before the end of 2023.
