Vodafone in crisis: Hundreds of thousands of customers are leaving the provider

In Germany alone, Vodafone lost 227,000 mobile customers between January and March 2023. As “T-Online” reports, 216,000 of them used a prepaid card. The remaining 11,000 were contract customers.

But there are also big declines in other areas. Within a year, Vodafone lost almost 120,000 cable Internet customers and 90,000 DSL customers. However, the decline is strongest for TV. Here, 412,000 customers left the provider.
