Take a good look at the upcoming Catch & Cook: Fishing Adventure and you might just mistake it for another third-person cartoon fishing sim of 2023: Dredge. However, the toothy mutants and otherworldly horrors in Dredge can be quite overwhelming, especially when they start gnawing at your ship. In contrast, Catch & Cook is the perfect fishing sim for people who find Dredge’s spooky underwater horrors too creepy.
In Catch & Cook, you are in control of a fancy boat where you are both the owner of a seafood restaurant and the sole supplier of said seafood. You are a fisherman and a cook; catcher and stove.
The Catch & Cook demo is now available on Steam. The developers say the game will reappear at the upcoming Steam Next Fest.
