Blizzard has released update 1.0.2d for Diablo 4 on all platforms. According to the changelog, this patch brings numerous balance fixes and changes to almost all classes. This is exactly the same update, the main focus of which is on survivability. Many classes are also undergoing changes, with the Necromancer getting major upgrades, and the Druid, Barbarian, and others getting some upgrades.
Blizzard says it’s generally “quite happy with the stats of our classes”, however patch 1.0.2d aims to rebalance some classes to make their builds more fair, with ability buffs and Paragon glyph nuances coming in to help balance things out.
