Leicester have officially announced that seven players are leaving the team at once. Caglar Soyuncu, Youri Tielemans, Daniel Amarti, Nampalis Mendy, Ryan Bertrand and Ayoze Perez’ contracts expire at the end of June and they will become free agents.
The seventh player to leave Leicester is Tete, whose loan is expiring. The rights to the Brazilian winger still belong to Shakhtar Donetsk. A few days ago, a 23-year-old Brazilian was spotted in Kyiv.
Tete’s contract with Shakhtar expires at the end of the calendar year 2023, and FIFA rules allow him to spend the next six months on loan, after which he will leave Shakhtar as a free agent.
