The Ukrainian Football Association plans to hold an official presentation on June 6 Sergei Rebrov as the new head coach of the Ukrainian national team.
Ex-goalkeeper of Mariupol and Shakhtar Rustam Khudzhamov joined the coaching staff of Sergei Rebrov. Khudzhamov in the national team of Ukraine will train goalkeepers.
“Rustam was originally on Rebrov’s shortlist. He is an experienced goalkeeper and as a coach he studied experience abroad. This is definitely a strengthening for the national team,” the source said.
Rebrov’s headquarters will also include Vicente Gomezin charge of tactics Alberto Bosch (analysis of rivals) and Gleb Platov (scouting, analytics).
