We are talking about an AR/VR headset that the Cupertino-based company will present at the WWDC developer conference. App installation also expected outside of the App Store and new Macs
iOS 17 will be introduced for iPhone owners, iPad users will get iPadOS 17. In order to comply with the EU’s Digital Markets Act and avoid EU penalties, iOS and iPadOS will allow the installation of apps outside of the App Store for the first time. The Control Center and the Health area are to be revised. The new macOS 14 will probably have widgets and new security options. watchOS 10 is to be shown for the Apple Watch, while the Apple TV gets the tvOS 17.
New Macs are also expected. Recently, rumors have been swirling that Apple could show a new 15-inch MacBook Air. There could also be a new MacBook Pro, although it is unclear whether the M3 chip is already being used there. The desktop computer Mac Pro could also get a new edition, whereby Apple’s M-chips could be used. Specifications for the Apple AR/VR headset have recently been leaked. So there should be two 4K displays with 1.41 inches. The headset is expected to come on the market at a price of around 3,000 US dollars.
