Bandai Namco presents the launch trailer too We Love Katamari REROLL+ Royal Reverie. This suits us appropriately for the remake. The press release provides all additional information:
The original We Love Katamari was released in 2005 and will be re-released today as a remaster. This version includes new elements and improved graphics while retaining the well-known gameplay. As the prince, players can roll their katamari across the world and create a giant ball to reach for the stars.
After the king of the cosmos the stars in Katamari Damacy back to heaven, he found that he had won thousands of admirers on earth. In order to fulfill his fans’ wishes, he enlists the prince again to roll up all things with the katamari.
The game also includes offline multiplayer mode, where two players can create a katamari together or compete against each other. In addition, five new challenges are added that complete the story of the King’s childhood.
The Special Edition of the game includes music tracks from the series Katamari Damacy and the Little King Accessory and Little Prince Accessory sets, which include costume items for the prince and his kin.
We Love Katamari REROLL+ Royal Reverie has been available for all current consoles since June 2nd.
