Dead Cells was released on consoles and PC in 2018, after which it has been continuously supported by developers. This year, the major DLC Return to Castlevania became available for Dead Cells – it is the fourth paid addition. In addition to DLC, the developers regularly release free updates with new content, more than 30 of them have already been released.
The authors of Dead Cells from the Motion Twin studio reported that the game has overcome an important figure – 10 million copies sold. How many players in the project in total is unknown. Recall that the game itself has long been available in the Game Pass subscription.
The creators of Dead Cells also announced that they plan to support the game until at least 2025. At the moment they do not share plans for future updates.
