Square Enix has revealed new gameplay from Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, the direct sequel to the 2020 remake of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth on PS4. Note that the sequel will be released only on PS5, but, most likely, will also be a temporary exclusive.
On the placed frames you can see the exploration of various locations, battles with enemies and story scenes. The company also revealed the approximate timing of the release of the project – its release will take place early next year. The game can boast of a fairly large size, as the boxed version will include two Blu-ray discs at once.
The developers note that Rebirth will be an independent adventure, where Cloud Strife and his friends escape from Midgar to go in pursuit of Sephiroth, who was previously considered dead. They have to explore the giant world of Gaia. The network also appeared a lot of screenshots of the game.
