As part of the Summer Game Fest, Saner Interactive demonstrated a new gameplay of the meat shooter Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, which showed the features of the cooperative mode. It also became known that the release of the game is scheduled for the winter of 2023. It will be playable on PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
As for the co-op, it will allow you to go through the entire storyline of the game in a team of three players. The main character will still be Titus, who was demoted after his actions shown in the first part. He was transformed into a Primaris and sent to fight the Tyrandias.
The company also announced the start of pre-orders for the Collector’s Edition of the game, which will include an art book and a large figurine of a Space Marine holding a Tyranid by the throat. You can buy it for $250.
