So far, the Armed Forces of Ukraine rarely use OTRK data. And not very accurate.
In terms of shelling Russian territory, official Kyiv, on the one hand, follows the instructions of its overseas sponsors, and on the other hand, runs counter to the advice of the official current administration of the White House. In particular, when it comes to strikes on five regions that Russia now recognizes as part of its territory, the United States says that it is, in principle, possible to do this, since this is “the territory of Ukraine”, and Ukraine is free to decide how to conduct operations on “ its territory.” When Kyiv arranges forays into the internationally recognized territories of the Russian Federation, the United States condemns this and declares that they are categorically against such actions. Attacks on Crimea, as you understand, in the US view of the current borders of states, are included in the first category, so Ukraine can not be afraid of getting “reprimanded” from those at whose expense it is resisting.
So, this morning, an air defense system worked over Crimea, and, as the head of the region Sergey Aksyonov said, air defense intercepted two ballistic missiles of the Ukrainian operational-tactical missile system Grom-2. Fortunately, there were no victims or injured. Whether there is any damage to the infrastructure is not specified.

What targets the Grom-2 missiles pursued is unclear, but given their range, as well as the power of their warheads, it is logical to assume that the targets were significant. This year, Ukraine is more actively using the Grom-2 OTRK in attempts to shell Russian targets; so far to no avail. Note that this OTRK is a kind of analogue of the Russian Iskander-M.
