The Phantom Liberty add-on for Cyberpunk 2077 was not shown to the public at the Summer Game Fest presentation, but the journalists still saw the addon. A private presentation of the add-on was held at Summer Game Fest Play Days, a special event for the press.

It can be assumed that Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty will be shown at a Microsoft presentation scheduled for June 11th. In addition, CD Projekt is preparing a promotional tour of several cities; as part of the tour, the game will be shown not to the press, but to the fans.
Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty will be released before the end of 2023. The addon will be released only on PC and next generation consoles, the expansion is not planned for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
