Streamer and esportsman Ben became the first player to defeat Diablo 4’s final boss, Uber Lilith, an extremely powerful version of the game’s final boss.
Ben managed to defeat the ultimate version of Lilith just over three days after the full release of Diablo 4. Streamer played a level 100 Barbarian armed with several unique items.
The developers of Diablo 4 had high hopes for the final boss. At one time, junior development manager Joe Piepiora said that the battle with this boss would be a real test for the player.

At level 100, we have a top boss that we’d like to introduce players to. His balance is such that the boss fight will be very, very difficult. It will be very difficult for players who have pumped up to level 100 to pass it.
We expect you to study your build and class, max out everything you can, study it very well. Perhaps then you will be able to defeat him.
As noted by Wowhead, during the boss fight, the streamer’s character never had a buff that increased damage dealt. Perhaps we are talking about some kind of error in the mechanics.
