33-year-old left-back Ismaily will continue playing for the French “Lille”.
The footballer extended his contract with the Great Danes until the end of the 2023/24 season. His previous employment agreement was valid until June 30 of this year.
Ismaily moved to Lille in August last year from Shakhtar on a free transfer. In total, the Brazilian played 25 matches for the French team, in which he scored 2 goals and 2 assists.
Earlier it was reported that Ismaily’s future at Lille depends on whether head coach Paulo Fonseca remains at the club for next season.
