Barcelona head coach Xavi has said Al Sadd midfielder Santi Cazorlu is the best player he has ever coached.
“I would like to sign Santi Cazorla to Barcelona. He is the best player I have coached. These players are invaluable.
Cazorla is the player who made football fall in love the most, with the exception of Messi, Busquets and Iniesta. No one in football has the talent that Santi has,” Xavi said.
Cazorla played under the guidance of Xavi in the Qatari club Al-Sadd.
Barcelona under Xavi became the champion of Spain in the 2022/2023 season, gaining 88 points. Blaugrana were 10 points ahead of Real Madrid, who finished second.
