The ‘No Man’s Sky farmer’ Lightyear Frontier is shown again on video during the Xbox Games Showcase Extended, with Frame Break which focuses the attention of sci-fi sandbox fans on the activities to be carried out in cooperative multiplayer.
The title, we recall, is inspired by the atmospheres of the now famous Hello Games science fiction sandbox to transpose them into aexperience to live on an alien planet: the task entrusted to our alter-ego will be to delve into the most mysterious areas of this world and find the resources to build the infrastructure of a base camp, an installation that will be necessary to provide for the needs of future settlers from Earth.
During the open world adventure it will be possible to take advantage of the hyper-technological tools provided by your own spaceship and, above all, by theArtificial intelligence integrated into the operating system of a multifunctional exoskeleton.
As evidenced by the new video, players will be able to break up the pace of single-player activities by welcoming other explorers and their sentient exoskeletons into their game, in order to receive assistance in settlement construction activities, resource gathering and scientific research on the field.
Also due to the latest postponement of Lightyear Frontier, the launch of the new Frame Break sandbox adventure is scheduled forearly 2024 on PC, Xbox Series X|S and from day one in the PC catalog and Xbox Game Pass.
