As usual since the PS Plus revamp, Sony is revealing the new titles that will be available to Extra and Premium subscribers for the month of June 2023. And the least we can say is that this month , diversity is in the spotlight.
The three formulas of PlayStation Plus
If you are not a PlayStation Plus subscriber, a short summary of the formulas is in order. Since June 2022, Sony’s monthly subscription service has had a major overhaul to offer three different deals. First of all, we find the Essential PlayStation Plus which corresponds to the one we knew until then, with the possibility of playing online, keeping your saves in the Cloud, taking advantage of discounts on the PlayStation Store and grab three games for free per month. What interests us today concerns the other two formulas which have all these elements with additional advantages.
For PlayStation Plus Extra subscribers, they can also access a self-service catalog to download games at will. Finally, the third level entitled Premium includes all the advantages mentioned above plus the possibility of trying games for a period of time, to take advantage of streaming in the cloud and a catalog of so-called classic titles from previous PlayStations. Now that the basics are laid, discover the new features that await Extra and Premium subscribers.
Recently, the JV editorial staff got to speak with Nick Maguire, Vice President Global Head of Subscriptions at PlayStation, for the first anniversary of the PlayStation Plus redesign. On this occasion, the latter revealed to us upcoming games for Extra and Premium subscribers from June 20, whether in the basic catalog, the classic catalog or the trial versions. Here they are :

With all these entries, there is plenty to do this summer. There are both AAA like Far Cry 6, big names in independent games like Rogue Legacy 2 and the brilliant Inscryption, not to mention retro experiences like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder’s Revenge. On the side of the classic catalog, immersive sims like Deus Ex: Mankind Divided rub shoulders with more nagging shooters like Killing Floor 2, Devil May Cry beat’em like Soulstice, but also narrative adventures like Tacoma. Variety to please everyoneSO.
