If we already have official confirmation of Sony’s absence at Gamescom 2023, there has been no announcement by the Japanese giant regarding a new PlayStation 5 bundle. Yet, the current gen console has been spotted in a new package offered with a two-year subscription to PlayStation Plus.
The leak appeared on the net via the Zuby_Tech Twitter account, and shows an advertisement for PlayStation 5 in bundle con 24 mesi di PlayStation Plus. In particular, we speak of the subscription to the tier Premium, which is the one richest in content for console owners. The bundle in question seems to be aimed at the German market, and it cannot be ruled out that it may also reach other European countries, including Italy. At the moment, in any case, there is still no official confirmation from Sony, and therefore it will be necessary to wait for a possible announcement by the Japanese company.
Recently, Sony she said she was happily surprised that PlayStation Plus Premium has more subscribers than PS Plus Extra. According to the company’s forecasts, the Extra tier, i.e. the intermediate one among the three offered by Sony, would have attracted the greatest number of users, who instead converged towards the richest offer in content. By subscribing to PlayStation Plus Premium users can access online play, classic monthly games offered by the service, a wide selection of “free” games for PS4 and PS5 and a selection of old favorites originally released on PS1, PS2 and PS3.
