A few days after the publication of the Final Transmission DLC, the publisher Krafton and the developers of Striking Distance find an agreement with Sony to propose a free trial of The Callisto Protocol to all subscribers to PlayStation Plus Premium.
The service of Sony in this way it is enriched with a new demo to which subscribers of the service will be able to freely access. The Callisto Protocol will be playable without any outlay for the total duration of one hourenough to get a personal impression of the horror-tinged Sci-Fi adventure of the father of Dead Space.
It is certainly a more limited trial version than titles like God of War Ragnarok e Horizon Forbidden West (which allow you to play for 3 and 5 hours respectively), but the greater brevity and linearity of the experience offered by The Callisto Protocol must be taken into consideration. Will you take the opportunity to experience Glen Schofield’s brutal sci-fi horror by hand?
Unfortunately for Striking Distance, The Callisto Protocol hasn’t sold as much as Krafton hoped, who has invested around 160 million dollars to make the title described prior to launch as a “qudruple A”. The publisher, however, has already confirmed that it is not his intention to stop investing in new intellectual properties.
