The only condition for downloading the demo of “The Callisto Protocol” is a premium subscription to PlayStation Plus. The playable appetizer itself is one hour long and has no restrictions whatsoever, meaning we can get an accurate picture of the game.
Set in the year 2320 on Jupiter’s dead moon Callisto, “The Callisto Protocol” forces players to escape the maximum security Black Iron Prison and uncover the mysteries of the United Jupiter Company. Players must scan their surroundings and adjust their tactics using a mix of ranged and melee combat to survive an outbreak that has thrown Callisto into chaos.
“The Callisto Protocol” was released on December 2, 2022 for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC.
